Middle Earth is a vast, beautiful place. It’s home to many creatures and plants that can only be found there. However, since it isn’t an easy place to live, people have invented various weapons over the years for protection as well as hunting purposes. This article will go over some of the most popular weapons used by Middle Earthers today and how they are made. Most of them have been widely used in the kingdom conquest over the middle earth.
1. Swords

A sword is usually the first weapon a person will learn to use in Middle Earth and it’s no doubt one of the most popular weapons around. Swords are made from high-grade metals, which prevents them from rusting or bending over time with regular use. They are considered a symbol of power because they require great training to wield well, but anyone can pick up a sword and swing it around if they wish to do so (If you want to live that long). There have been various swords throughout history for each different purpose, such as hunting or battle.
2. Axes

Axes are considered a much more primitive weapon than swords, yet they come in handy for many different situations. They can be used for battle, killing animals, or even chopping wood into smaller pieces so it’s easier to carry around. However, axes might not be as popular if it weren’t for the fact that they can get you out of sticky situations when fighting because of their blunt heads. If using an axe to fight against someone who has a sword means you have almost no chance of winning then swinging your axe at them with all your might will guarantee that one of you dies and if it’s you then it was at least worth trying!
3. Bows/Arrows

Invented by the elves, bows allow an archer to strike from a distance unlike melee weapons do since they can shoot an arrow and make it hit their target no matter how far away! A bowstring is made of animal hide which makes it easier to pull back than if it were made out of metal chains or strands of rope for example, and arrows are wooden shafts with sharp tips that could be tipped with poisons or daggers to cause serious damage upon impact.
4. Crossbow

The crossbow is considered an advanced weapon because it requires great strength and control to use correctly since you must pull back on a mechanism before firing rather than simply aim and fire like with a bow. Originally, this was meant for people who began losing their eyesight from old age or disease, so they could still hunt using this powerful weapon instead of having someone else do it for them.
5. Spears

Spears are very much like swords but have the bonus of having a pointy end. However, rather than stabbing your enemies and killing them with one move like you can do with a sword, spears are meant to be thrown at large animals or multiple enemies from afar before picking up another spear if you wish to keep fighting since they can’t block it by holding a shield in front of them like they could with other weapons. This weapon is excellent for when you don’t want to lose your distance from the enemy and/or get too close to them because they might knock you out or stab you themselves
6. Daggers

Daggers are a weapon that anyone can use if they’re in close quarters combat with an enemy. They require no special training as you simply grip the hilt and plunge forward for the attack, but it is difficult keeping your enemies at bay since you must remain stationary while attacking so they don’t have any openings to strike you when you’re not looking. This means using daggers will be slightly more difficult than other weapons, but it isn’t impossible by any means and it helps keep the user safe as well.
7. Knives
Like daggers, knives are meant for up-close attacks where one needs to be very careful about their opponent’s movements whilst also making sure their own timing of slicing and stabbing is just right. Knives are very useful for those who can’t afford any other weapon because they only require iron or steel, two of the most common metals used in Middle Earth, and a factory to make them as opposed to something like swords that requires special tools and a blacksmith to work the metal into the sword’s shape before it is sent off for final adjustments, final sharpening, and finally packaging
8. Ropes
Ropes are an odd choice for weapons since they aren’t usually thought of as weapons until you think about how much damage someone could do with one if they knew how to use it properly. For example, if you were trapped in a room with people guarding all entrances then you could easily tie their ropes together so they couldn’t move and you could get away. You could also use a rope to trip or strangle your enemies, but that would be much more difficult since they could easily see it coming like with clubs or other blunt weapons and then simply avoid the rope altogether while fighting you.
9. Clubs
Clubs are fairly useless in the grand scheme of things since anyone who can hold one can probably just as easily swing their fist at someone else and cause almost as much damage. They don’t require any special skills to use either, so anyone can pick one up and try to strike their opponent with it, but this makes only hitting them harder due to their swinging in combination with yours making it a bit unpredictable which direction either of you might end up hitting if you don’t want to get hit yourself. If all else fails, clubs can be used in conjunction with other weapons such as shields or spears, but this is much more difficult than it sounds because counter-striking the other person’s weapon would cause their club to change course and possibly strike you instead if they aren’t careful enough.
10. Sceptres
Sceptres are odd when compared to other weapons since they require a great deal of strength and control while wielding one thanks to the heavyweight for it not to fling out of your hands like a baton at a rock concert. They also require some knowledge on how people think so that you know where and when to strike to cause the most amount of damage since sceptres swing relatively slowly and do not have any form of a sharp point from which they could stab instead.
11. Hammers
Hammers are large tools that can do a lot of damage when swung at someone’s head or body, but they aren’t very effective in most other situations. For example, hammers are rather slow and leave one open to easily being defeated by an enemy who can dodge the swing while fighting back on their own in some way which would cause you to lose your weapon entirely if they managed to disarm you during combat. Hammers are also really heavy, so using it for any period of time will tire one out quickly unless they have lots of strength already, and this means it is best used as a backup weapon such as combining it with a spear if one wants to attack from a distance after knocking an enemy down with the hammer instead.
12. Armour

Invented by the dwarfs, Mithril was first used in Middle Earth for the construction of armour because of its lightweight properties as well as its strength! It is extremely hard to forge but once finished resembles a silver-white metal that is stronger than steel. It is resistant to fire and water. The dwarves began creating armour out of mithril because it was lightweight which meant they could work longer without getting tired, the silver-white colour that shined when polished would make them look more intimidating and impress their allies while also proving a form of camouflage if they fought at night, and the fact it was stronger than steel made it an obvious choice even for only these reasons alone!
13. Shields
Shields were originally just flat wooden planks covered with leather straps or sometimes even brass to give them form while increasing protection properties, but recently have been turning into large segments of metal alloyed together using mithril due to its incredible strength which means they do not break upon impact even against two-handed swords or other weapons that make shields break in half. A shield is used to block attacks from enemies so that they get tired of rushing at you and try another tactic or force them into an opening which allows one to take advantage of their weakness and attack faster than they can recover, but shields are cumbersome and slow weapon(s) if one tries using it as the main weapon for obvious reasons. There are also different variations of shields such as the buckler, kite shield, tower shield, heater shield, etc.
14. Wands

Wands were created by the wizards of middle-earth because they allowed them to attack from a distance at enemies who did not have weapons or could get close enough to harm them in any way. It’s also a good weapon to have on hand against an enemy with a sword, axe, hammer etc.. because merely getting hit by one of these weapons may break the wand itself instead of breaking bones or causing permanent damage so one can keep using it afterwards without repair even after sustaining heavy damage! The disadvantage is that wands require magic energy constantly for them to work which means while you’re holding one you cannot cast any spells at all and must rely on your equipment such as armour or clothing instead!
Other weapons
Many other less common and far more unique weapons were created by craftsmen, but most of them were an invention by dwarves. For example, there’s axes, maces, swords with crossbars on them for extra support if the blade breaks off mid-swing due to repeated use such as an executioner’s axe kinds of things. There are also spears, halberds, lances etc.. and even more unique kinds of weapons such as the fork which was created by the hobbits as it is a combination of 3 knives to create an even bigger weapon that can do more damage than anyone’s knife alone!
Modern uses
Most of these weapons are long forgotten now due to newer technologies being invented such as guns (which see use in battle only for survival reasons instead) but many are still kept hidden away because they’re so valuable or rare few will ever get to actually wield them for themselves! Many of these weapons have been stolen over the years by thieves who were wealthy enough to buy whatever technology has replaced most of these old weapons while others were taken from museums and valued collectors by a rival gang looking for something to boast to their rivals with to intimidate them. It is said that the weapons still exist somewhere on this earth, but no one knows where they are or if anyone could even use them again without dying!
